She wanted it and he wasn't giving it away anyore. Then takes his foot out of his @$$ and sticks it in his mouth. Im not a Kobe fan nor am I Laker fan so this case really wasn't at the top of my list of things to keep up with but when I read about his apology my first reaction was, (in the words in Homer J. Simpson, "D'oh!"). Up until he gave that “b.s.” apology I saw this case a money issue. She wanted it and he wasn’t giving it away anyore. When Kobe came into the league, we used to hear all kinds of stuff about how he was "different" and kind of a loner growing up, for whatever reasons. He's never been considered the friendliest guy or the biggest team player. Worst of all, he's been socially inept since birth, it seems. Topping it off, he DOES seem to believe his own hype a bit too much for safety's sake. Come on, if he was any other dude, Brandy woulda said no when he asked her to the prom, and we all would've called him a jackass for marrying young and marrying a woman that young. I don't think Kobe raped her, I just think he's just so socially stunted that it never occurred to him "Wait a second...this girl may NOT have my best interests in mind while she's strollin on up to my room. Hmmmm....what would Marv Albert do?" Kobe isn't a rapist, he's just unbelievably immature, and to some degree, stupid. I don't speak from experience, but my guess is that 99% of players in the NBA or any other pro league would've turned her away in a heartbeat, because they would have seen precisely this problem coming. So much so that you HAVE to broadcast your love for J.C.even taking it a step further by having crosses "tatted" all over (look at me I'm a thug). He's a walking cathedral now.
