‘Til the Other Side, Ossie…
Ossie Davis died last night at age 87. For a synopsis of his life, click here. But beyond all his movie roles, the greatest thing he ever did, fas as I’m concerned, was eulogize Malcolm X. Click here to read that piece, one of the greatest collection of words ever strung together. If only Malcolm could have heard or read it…and thank god that we have.

Friends, Folks, and Fools...But No Fakes
That eulogy brought me to tears. I always find it amazing the impact words can have on the mind and soul.
