  1. Because it’s so hot in Phoenix in June, some cities have their Juneteenth celebrations in February. Hilarious.

  3. I haven’t celebrated Juneteenth since I lived in the South. The West Coast just aint into it like that. I still miss going down to the Boley rodeo or down to Ft.Worth and it was CRACKIN!!

  4. Seriously. What the fuck is Juneteenth day? What does it represent?

    In Milwaukee, it just seems to be a day to close off MLK Jr Drive, and the black folks have a 3 mile long block party.

    Am I far off on this?
