First Bernie Mac.  Now Isaac Hayes.  Jet’s gonna have to put out a double issue.

3. Isaac Hayes could not be called a singer. It’s just too limiting. He was an entertainer. Hayes composed (singing, writing, producing, and performing instruments) and acted. This is a huge loss.

4. Unfortunately his mind was poisoned by scientology. I mean, of ALL things to quit South Park over… making fun of Tom Cruise and scientology.

   But, aside from that, I really enjoyed his tunes from the ’70s!–”Don’t let go” was my fave.
