Commissioner Stern needs to pull an ackrite.
Needless to say this is no good. But why do I feel like the NBA dress code story got more press. I mean so much was made up of trying to “clean up” the NBA’s image and blah blah blah. I know that that British Open is going on, but this gambling story got all of one day on the espn.com from page.
All of the talk shows (Rome, PTI, Around the Horn) talked at length about how the dress code was good and how the players needed to look professional and all that crap. I just hope those commentators take the Stern administration to task with this story. AI rockin a sweatsuit at a press conference never damaged the integrity of the game.
