So, assuming the game is still close, do I want before turning to The Wire at 9? Or do I just depend on SportsCenter.
Boo you, NFL, for sticking me with this dilemma. And boo you, again, since this will probably happen on Super Bowl Sunday.

Choice A: Legitimately interesting sporting event.
Choice B: Moderately overrated, hype-driven TV show that you can see 59 times in the next 72 hours.
Go with A.
This week: I say watch The Wire, then catch NFL Replay where it’s a better, more concise presentation of the game.
I’ll say this, I had to watch The Wire three times last week to catch all of what happened. It took seeing what McNulty had done to understand the significance of the exchange earlier at the morgue.
If you want to watch the game and just have us OnDemand folks fill you on the Wire, let us know.
You could probably find “Mama’s Family” on somewhere too. Might even be the best of the 3 options.
FYI- the wire repeats itself every sunday at 10:30…
that when i watch it because i am always still watching football at 9 on sundays
You do have DV-R, or TiVo, or something, right?
I’d watch the game. Every time I record a live sporting event, I never go back and watch it if I found out who won. Which with today’s media onslaught, it’s hard to keep those things under wraps. Or, I wind up speeding through all the plays only stopping to view the TDs or something. You’ll cheat yourself out of the experience.
The game, dude, the game. DV-R the other.
