Business…here’s my solution to the Spurs-Suns dilemma.
SSP…check me out on Outside the Lines at 3:30 EDT, talking about sequels in sports and movies. Should be fun.

loving the nba sucks. it’s like falling madly in love with the only girl left in the world. even if you wanted to try to get over her, there’d be no one to take her place.

I actually like the point docking system.

Any chance someone can get a clip of that up since I know I won’t be in front a tv @ 3:30?

I think the NBA already does some variation of points docking, it’s called the free throw shot, and in situations like that Suns-Spurs debacle, it should be used but maybe with the line pushed up. I don’t know, but yeah, I’m just saying, isn’t giving the team an opportunity to make two uncontested shots just like taking the opponents two points away?

I’d be dying to see what would happen the first time the Spurs had a 40 point lead on someone. Bowen would be trying to DDT Nash and they’d still be up by 32.

Jozen, it’s not the same. Free throws can be missed.

Too bad they don’t give you more advanced notice Bo. We could set up the DVR.

Bo, your argument has a fatal flaw… It makes sense. Since when has anyone is a decision making position of a governing sports administration decided to “change” what is in place already, for something that makes sense?
Hello college football playoff system… It makes sense, which is why it’s not being done.
