Music for the evening

So I wound up stuck in the corniest moment of my recent life. I’ve decided the best way to take in the election results is with the computer. Got music playing on the Thunderdome, basketball on the television. This is the way to do it.
Went through the iTunes library looking for something to listen to, and I decided to go with some Marvin. Of course, most of that is either early Motown era stuff — not now — and sheet sweatin’ music — not now. Then there’s What’s Going On.
It then hit me that my AIM buddy list can see what song I’m listening to. How corny is sitting here listening to “What’s Going On?” If someone was that cliche in a movie, I’d ask for my money back.
Settled on Bob Marley’s Uprising. This is one of those records that makes me understand why so many people think Bob was a prophet.
